In the main text we keep the position of the sempre ben marcato indication under the L.H. part, as it is in A, although it is difficult to assume that it concerns L.H. only. On the other hand, if Chopin had wanted to put it over the R.H. part, as it was reproduced in GE (→FE,EE,IE), he could have easily done it, which means that he carefully thought out the position of the indication.
