In the main text we give the unequivocal slurring of A (→FC→GE1), confirmed by an identical notation in b. 762-763 as well as in b. 718-719. The fact of merging the slurs, which was performed in FE (→EE), is probably a result of mistaking the intersection of the slurs of A for their colligation. The separate slurs in GE2 (→GE3) are an arbitrary revision unifying the discussed slurs with the ones of FC (→GE) in b. 718-719 and 722-723. The same applies to b. 762-763. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: GE revisions |

In A there are visible corrections of the L.H. slurring: in b. 764 it was probably the slur over the 2nd and 3rd crotchets that was deleted, whereas the slur in b. 765-766 was shortened by deleting its ending, reaching the D category imprint: Corrections & alterations; Source & stylistic information issues: Corrections in A , Deletions in A |

In the main text we suggest adding a staccato dot after analogous b. 766 and 768. The omission of that mark could have been influenced by the hesitation concerning the tempo marking of the fragment that begins here. category imprint: Editorial revisions |
